How to make Indian bread

To make this bread, you must first mix the sourdough powder with salt, sugar and flour. Then bring the milk to 35 to 36 degrees Celsius and mix it with the eggs. After mixing the milk with the egg, add the yogurt and then add the flour mixture little by little to the dough and knead by hand until smooth. Add the liquid oil at this stage and continue to knead the dough so that it no longer sticks to your hands.

Cover the prepared dough and let the dough puff at room temperature for half an hour. After half an hour, test the dough with finger pressure. If the fingerprint on the dough is not small, your dough is made.

Knead the dough again to release it due to the pressure of the gas. Then divide it into 6 parts and turn each part into a 10 cm cylinder. Leave the dough to rest for 15 to 20 minutes and place a damp cloth on it to keep it from drying out.

After this time, open the chins with a rolling pin so that one side is wide and one side is narrow and the length is 20 cm. Then we rest the opened dough for 20 minutes and put a wet towel on them. Make the dough rise until the second step.

At this stage, choose a pan that is longer than the size of the bread and place it upside down on the gas flame to heat the pan and there is more space between the bread and the flame. Then put the dough on the pan so that the shape of the dough does not change and cook.
