How to prepare Italian omelette

Step 1: Prepare the omelet liquid


To make frittata, first break fresh eggs in a bowl of the right size. Beat the eggs with a fork. Keep doing this until the yolks and whites are completely mixed. Now it’s time to add salt. Then chop the fresh parsley and add it to the egg. Stir the liquid again a little to mix. Finally, add Parmesan cheese to the liquid and stir well. The omelet liquid is ready. Now you have to fry it.

Step 2: Fry the Italian omelette


Pour the olive oil into a Teflon pan and heat. Wait until the oil is completely hot. To test, you can pour a drop of liquid into the oil. If it hardens quickly and the oil falls into the jellies, then it is ready. Pour the Italian omelette liquid into the hot oil here. After about two minutes, the bottom of the omelet closes. At this stage, place a plate on the mouth of the frying pan. The size of the plate should be the same size or larger than the opening of the pan. Then return the omelette to the plate.
