  • 4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup crushed artichokes
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil

Close the gap with a toothpick, on each chicken breast. This will help you to fold the edge of the chicken slightly before pulling out the slice. You need to make sure that the seam is tightly closed, so that you don’t lose the material inside the pan in the next step.

Cooking temperature and time

Set the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit / 200 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, place the hot pan on medium heat. Pour the oil and fry both sides of the chicken for about 3 minutes. (If you don’t have a suitable frying pan, all you have to do is transfer the chicken to an oil-free cooking dish after it turns brown).

Transfer the pan to the oven and cook for 20 minutes. Be careful, test the temperature and make sure the center reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit / 74 degrees Celsius.
