How to prepare fried potatoes, a diet with garlic and parsley flavors

First, bring the oven to 200 to 210 degrees Celsius.

First, wash the potatoes well as they are to be crushed with the skin, then wash the potatoes as much as possible with a brush or scotch tape.

Then chop them thinly and evenly. To crush the potatoes, keep them in cold water for half an hour after chopping them again. In the meantime, turn on the oven from a quarter of an hour ago at a temperature of 200 to 210 degrees Celsius to heat.

Then take the potatoes out of the water and dry them with a towel to get the juice. Dip potatoes in a pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder and some olive oil and place on a wire rack so that they do not overlap until cooked through and browned for 20 to 25 minutes.
